What victims do on VCPMS
Filing for victim compensation after a crime is hard — emotionally, procedurally, and logistically. VCPMS’s victim portal (VCA) is designed to reduce every kind of friction: the forms remember where you left off, the language matches your preference, and a safety-matter message on login reminds survivors of domestic violence about browser safety.

- Mobile-first. Tested and optimized for phones — where many applications actually come from.
- Per-user language routing. Spanish out of the box; any additional language can be added per tenant. The UI and generated correspondence follow the user’s locale preference.

Victim Advocates (ADV) can file on behalf of a victim, communicate with back office for them, and help coordinate services. Service Providers (SPA) submit bills directly — the victim isn’t the billing middle-person.
