ADV portal
Victim Advocate Portal
Work on behalf of victims — file, coordinate services, submit recommendations, without calling the back office.
What advocates do on VCPMS
Victim Advocates often file and manage compensation claims on behalf of victims who are too overwhelmed to navigate the process alone. VCPMS gives advocates a first-class portal — not a bolt-on — with their own assigned worklist, the ability to submit data on behalf of the victim (configurable per tenant), and a formal recommendation workflow that feeds the back office and board.
Highlights
- Advocate-assisted applications. File on behalf of a victim. Eliminates a huge access-equity barrier — victims who can’t navigate paperwork alone still get access to benefits.
- Case worklist scoped to your assigned victims. User groups route claims to the right advocate team; you see what’s yours.
- Claim Recommendations. Submit a formal approve/deny recommendation with reasoning. Every version is preserved as history so re-evaluations keep the full advisory record.
- Referral and service coordination tracking. Coordinate across counseling, medical, housing, legal — keeping the case file aware of the support network.
- Communicate with back office on victim’s behalf. Secure tracked messaging (SecMail) with full audit trail — not email tennis.
- Secondary victim editing. Add secondary victims under a single claim when the incident affected multiple people.
