Every bill goes to the right claim with the right coverage math already calculated.

• Direct billing. Providers submit Financial Reimbursement Claims (FrClaim) through the portal — no paper, no manual fax intake on the back-office side.
• SAFE / SANE exam workflow. Dedicated exam claim type with evidence-kit number, SANE nurse name, facility, exam type, anonymous-victim support, and facility direct-billing so the victim never sees a bill.
• Automatic coverage math. Total − Insurance × Coverage% modeled once, applied uniformly. Collateral-source capture built in.
• Line-item payment visibility. See exactly which benefit and which claim each dollar was allocated against.
• Medicare rate variance. Where enabled, your billed amounts are checked per-line against published Medicare rates, with program-policy-aware allowable suggestions.
• Standard forms catalog. W-9, Release of Information, Provider Attestation — assigned to you by token link, filled in-browser, captured against your provider record.
