- · Victim demographics (gender, age)
- · Role-configurable — different widget sets per staff role
What program directors see
When a program director logs in, the dashboard shows exactly what they need to manage the program:
- Aging queue. Which claims have been in which state for how long. Bottlenecks visible at a glance.
- Staff workload. How many claims each analyst has, how many are overdue.
- Throughput. How many claims were opened, closed, approved, denied this week / month / quarter.
- Financial velocity. Total approved this cycle, total paid out, pending payment queue.
- Victim demographics. Who the program is serving (anonymized aggregates).
Role-configurable
Different staff roles see different dashboards. An intake analyst sees “claims assigned to me” and “new arrivals.” A benefit reviewer sees “pending benefit approvals” and “aging review queue.” A program director sees operational aggregates. All from the same widget library, configured per role.
Workflow-state diagrams
Ten interactive workflow-state diagrams (VcClaim, FrClaim, Award, ExpenseBill, IncomeLoss, TreatmentPlan, ServiceBill, Payment, DeterminationDocket, PaymentBatch) show the real-time state distribution across every work-item type. A program director can see at a glance whether the bottleneck is in intake, review, board, or payment.
